The book deals with the Italian discipline of the performance of the obligation in a dogmatic and comparative key. The analysis addresses the identification of the notion of performance in the light of the correct conceptualization of the object of the obligation. Specific attention is then dedicated to the performance of ex contract obligations and to the problem of events fundamentally alters the equilibrium of the contract.
